Hi -

I'm using the EMACS that I downloaded from www.delorie.com
when I got djgpp.  The question that I have is: is there
anything that replaces the .emacs file that I'm used to
using on UNIX platforms.  I'd like to use some of my
own keybindings, and I don't know how to do this w/o a
.emacs.
