CH-101G ISA IDE Caching Disk Controller Plus I/O. Help Needed

I am battling to keep my 486-33 rolling along for another year till
forced to replace because of Year 2000 date problem. The machine was
purchased in the latter end of 1992 and has served me well. Started
off with one 210 Meg HD but now run two 528 Meg HD which is the
largest size my bios will handle. One of the really good features of
my machine is the CH-101G ISA IDE Caching Disk Controller which
initially had 2 Meg of on board cache, now upgraded to 4 Meg. Because
of on board cache HD access time is very short and has helped to keep
this old 486-33 usable for so long. In the CH-101G ISA IDE Caching
Disk Controller there is facility to attach another two HD's run from
the controllers own bios via a file called DOSDRV.SYS. DOSDRV.SYS is
loaded as a device driver from config.sys by putting the instruction,

"DEVICE=C:\ DOSDRV.SYS /p2:C1024, H16, S63"

as the top line.

When going through boot up the message "Device not loaded" comes up.
The system does not see the extra third disk but when a diagnostic
program that comes with the Controller is run, it recognises the third
hard disk.

The operating system is Windows 95 version 1

Can anyone help me load this reluctant driver, so the disk capacity
can be extended. The capacity of the third and forth HD can be up to:
C2048, H16, S254, so I should be able to put on another two 1 Gig
disks.

Thank you for any help given.
