Jesus,

Try setting the varibles in  start -> settings -> control panel -> system ->
Environment tab.. instead of the autoexec.bat (the autoexec.bat does nothing
for NT) and make sure you change the system varibles not user varibles (you
have to be logged in as admin or have admin acess to do this).  This along
with DJ's advice (no long names) should get you running ... if it doesn't
drop me an email :)
