No, the FAQ also explains how to set up a dual-boot system which will 
work both with and without LFN support.

I tried it; it works.  But it needs a lot of testing by actual use, and I
don't work on NT too much to do that myself.  The more users will try it
and report any problems, the faster it will get to production quality. 
Please consider contributing to this effort.

Yes.  The problem is, you probably have stream~1.h instead, and that name
won't work.

I wrote everything I know about how to work around these problems in 
section 22.18 of the FAQ.  That section is based on my experience of 
running such a dual system.  Is it too much to ask that people read that?
