OK, second beta is on its way to simtel's v2/981115 directory.

Changes since last beta:

src/libc/dos/io/putpath.c - moved farsetsel
src/libc/ansi/stdlib/malloc.c - moved free's block init
src/utils/gxx.c - use -lstdcxx -lgpp
sys/version.h redefines __DJGPP__ and __DJGPP_MINOR__ symbols; stdio.h
  and go32.h include this to allow old versions too
strtod handles small denormals
dosexec patch for some non-djgpp programs
readdir returns hidden files by default
closedir closes LFN handles
minor fix to select docs port section
mkdoc's sample.txh has port-note example
can printf +-NAN with %+f
src/libm/math/makefile cleans up *.d files on "clean"
comment change in math/s_nan.c
redir error messages cleaned up
fix typo in fstat/stat docs
*.inf -> *.info in info
d_getftm.txh typo
getmntent() handles CDROM labels better
getpages.h -> getpagesize.h
rand() - new mulitplier, auto-initialize
