Speaking of which, under the new C++ standard many buffer-dependant
commands are now required to flush all output when attempting to input
something from the other (in order to make sure that the prompt is displayed
before input is expected.) Makes perfect sense to me, I'm just wondering why
no one has done this in the first place. We don't need a standard to tell us
what makes perfect sense. Is this expected to be handled by the next GCC
release?
