There are 2 things that I can really think of:
1) Did you unzip using directories, or is everything jumbled up into the DJGPP
directory? If you can CD to the BIN directory and see a hundred or so EXE's
(exaguration) then that's ok.
2) Did you reboot? Autoexec changes don't take effect until the system is
rebooted or autoexec is run manually (not recommended!).
