Where did bgtia go to?

In several forums (sometimes even this one), people ask
questions for which the best answer has been:

http://www.rt66.com/~brennan/djgpp/bgtia.html

The FAQ for this group lists:

http://brennan.home.ml.org/djgpp/djgpp-asm.html

I never checked whether that was a link to the same
document, or something else.

Now both those URLs seem to be dead. Is there a
copy of that document posted somewhere else? I
never made a local copy myself, and still want to
use it occasionaly. I frequently want to give it
as the answer to questions on that subject.
