Next few months. If you're worrying about incompatibilities with your code,
or bugs in the new WIP, then don't worry. The Oct25 WIP is quite safe, and
is a real step up from Allegro 3.0.  There are a few more touches to the
latest version (for instance, MMX code, and someone's written faster sprite
scaling/rotation code) before the next "full" version is released.
