I can see from your example that binaries can be quite a hassle for
some people. I could agree to alos banning this type of posts, if someone
wants to send me binaries I'll ask them to send them directly. 
Alternatively, we could make an al.binaries.djgpp newsgroup, but there may
be not enough interest for that...
