Thanks for the suggestion.  I am familiar with this article, and can 
second your opinion that it is very useful reading.

However, right now, I have hard time to make people read the section in
the FAQ that explains some simple facts about `rand' and `random'.  Once
I'm convinced that the info in the FAQ isn't enough, I will consider 
adding a pointer to the article.
