Have you the latest version of the FAQ (2.11)?  These are addressed in
chapter 8, especially sections 8.1 and 8.2.  Probably you need to fix
your environment settings (especially DJGPP and LFN); see README.1ST.

lgp271b.zip goes with an older version of GCC and has been superseded.
