Hello List!

Does anyone know if the GNU C compiler has ever been built to
target the Texas Instruments TMS320C3x, TMS320C4x, or TMS320C6x
DSPs?

I once heard of a 'c30/'c40 build, but, alas, the link was long
since dead.

I would need to build COFF rev 0 or Intel Hex files.
