Yes there is. Go to http://www.talula.demon.co.uk/allegro/ (the Allegro
Homepage) and click on the "Documentation" link.

There you will find a link to George Foot's "Allegro Vivace" tutorial, which
is precisely what you are looking for. There are also a couple of other docs
you might want to look at while you're there.

Another thing to look out for is the HTP (How To Program) Pong tutorial from
the same author (am I plugging you enough yet, George?).

Why not join the mailing list then - that's what it was created for. The
