It's often not so simple as all that, since the "From:" headers are
usually forged and rarely will a spam appear to come from the same
address more than once.  Subjects are tricky to filter on, too; I once
set a filter to chuck all mails with "XXX" in the subject to avoid porn
mail-- and I promptly lost something from the list about
"djdevXXX.zip".  Great.

But this is getting off-topic, and I suppose followups should go to
news.admin.net-abuse.email or some such forum.
