Win95's pif's are the 'properties', I realize that the overall scheme of
the setup is changed, but the 'relative' information is still there.
Under the memory usage, instead of allowing the auto selection, fix the
memory usage yourself.  If the problem goes away, that means that it was
simply a matter of win95/98 not being able to determine the program's
memory usage.

(PIF Program Information File..  Just a term.)
