The short version is if you are having problems with undefined
references when compiling and linking with Rhide 1.4, and you
already have the -O compiler optimization selected then insert the
following lines in your djgpp.env file in your djgpp directory:

[rhide]
RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=gpp stdcxx

This works because rhide does not (at least my one did not) automatically
include the gpp libraries once the stdcxx library was included in the way
that
the readme file says.
