I got a couple of questions concerning debugging of C programs

My program produced a SIGFPE Exeption because I converted a too big
double to an int variable (I already found the error but I would like to
know how to debug stuff like that for the future). I'm running Rhide 1.4
(the same with 1.46) under Windows 95 and when I ran the program with
the error under Rhide, it didn't produce any error at all. Is there any
way to tell Rhide not to ignore those exeptions?
Next I tried to view the crash dump by redirecting the standard error
using redir, since I couldn't read it, because the crash happened in
graphic mode (using grx23). But the name of the crashed program in that
crash dump wasn't my program name but redir. Has anyone an idea why this
has happened and got an advice how to view the crash dump of a graphic
program.
And finally I tried to use the graphic version of FSDB but right after I
started my program with <F9> I received an Exeption 13 from the debugee.
I had to switch to the application window with Alt <F5> then back again
and after I had done that the program ran fine in the debugger. I'm not
real sure if I got the newest version of FSDB (I got the one which is
listed in the djgpp faq- where do I find it? Or is there any work around
of this problem?

Thanx everyone in advance for your help.

Roland Schulz

PS: I hope I haven't missed any documents and bother you this way with
stupid questions. In case I did :-( Sorry!
