I think this editing is necessary no matter what version you
have.

I suggest:

*link:
%{Zwin32: -L.../lib/all %{Zmt: -L.../lib/mt} %{!Zmt: -L.../lib/st}}

replacing `...' with your RSXNTDJ path.
