Which version of RHIDE is that?  I think version 1.4.5 and later added 
code to release the time slice when RHIDE is idle, and then the CPU usage 
should go down to 2% or less.

But it might be a good idea to get a reliable CPU load meter first, since 
e.g. the one supplied with Windows sucks.
