There is no such file anywhere in the DJGPP C++ headers, and nor
should there be such a file.  DJGPP's iostream.h doesn't include
_defs.h at all, at least on my system.  Please make sure your
iostream.h is from a DJGPP port of the C++ library.  I'm almost
positive you are somehow using iostream.h from Borland's compiler
instead of the one that comes with DJGPP.
