How do you mean  ``Winsock under DOS''?  Winsock is a TCP/IP interface
that works on Windows only, so I'm not sure what are you asking for.

If what you need is a DOS TCP/IP library, i.e., you want to build a
program that will run on plain DOS and have built-in Internet support,
be sure to check out the pointers in section 22.3 of the DJGPP FAQ
list.
