Yeah, its called Mesa.. Do a websearch, it is fairly well known.  Also, you
can use RSXNTDJ (if you can get it setup proporly, which I didn't find
hard...) to use actual OpenGL (I use the Mesa headers with an import lib
made directly from the opengl/glut/glu DLLs in my windows directory).   You
can also use RSXNTDJ for WinSock 2+ access.. I have those files too... There
has been alot of talk on both the DJGPP and ALLEGRO mailing lists about
setting up RSXNTDJ, and I think Doug Gales instructions are best, as long as
you stick to them, but you might not want to make Windows programs.. I
dunno.. anyways, I'm rambling so I'll stop writing now :)
