There are some IDEs for Windows, but Rhide is still the best.
Here's some links to other IDEs, but once more: I prefer rhide.

- DFE95: I'm not sure where I got it...
- DJGPPSE (source editor): I don't know where I found this one either

Those are the ones I have tested, maybe you can find them with altavista..
