1) Try using projects.
2) Check the time of your files. Some time ago I experimented it, so I exited 
the IDE and taked a look to the file time stamp, it was 1 minute in the 
future, even when I saved it 1 minute in the past! Don't ask me why W95 did 
such a strange thing.
