I finally got around to playing with allegro. Everything compiled fine.
The examples run fine, even from an MSDOS window in win95. Problem
is that after an allegro program terminates, something seems to keep
running. That is, the MSDOS window continues to soak up CPU time.
Killing off the window and opening another seems to fix this.

It's not a major problem, but if anyone knows of a fix, I'd appreciate it!

Thanks,
-paul
