Please post the exact message.

Does that happen for all files?  Does it happen even when you run unzip
without args?

If you use Windows 9x, you should use an LFN-aware unzipper like
Winzip.  Otherwise, PKUNZIP and Info-Zip are other options if you can't
get unzip386 to work.
