The STL is part of the gpp281b.zip archive.  The file is called 
libstdcxx.a and is installed into your lib subdirectory.

None of this is important to be able to compile and link programs that 
STL classes, btw.  Just use gxx to link your programs, as README.1ST 
tells you.
