you just need to say that it is GNU, and include a copy of th GPL. But
ideally you you should make your program print a message on startup (if it
is non-interactive), print a message via a command (if it is command
driven), or have an about box that mentions that it is GNU. Instructions can
be found in the GPL itself(I think).
