Because of the cross-post, I assume your app is done with DJGPP.

I've heard it said that some (Microsoft) servers require that their
scripts be Windows apps, and DJGPP apps normally are not.  You may be
able to use RSXNTDJ to create a Windows console app; see FAQ section
3.6.
