yes, but it's not the best thing you could do... if you want Win32
programming, yopu can look for other free compilers on the web: search
for LCCwin32 (a C compiler) or MINGW32 (a GCC port). I would go with
MINGW32, it's a GCC port just like DJGPP but it's made for windows.
If you really want win32 programming with DJGPP then download an add-on
pack called rsxntdj.
