Hi,

Running in a DOS box, is there any mechanism other than to use files
to communicate with other Windows programs?

The Libsocket project could have given us the ideal solution. Alas, I
understand that no one knows the working of the VxD for Winsock 2.

Has anybody heard of some method whereby Windows programs can access
physical memory? Some undocumented VxD perhaps.

This seems to me a question of considerable importance to the future
of the djgpp project.

Thanks, Enoch.
