If you mean how to do this with DJGPP, then I suggest to read sections
18.9-18.11 of the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq211b.zip from the same place you 
get DJGPP).

Why would you need to do that?  Most of the entries are unused anyway, 
and there can be only 16 distinct hardware interrupts on a PC.

But the techiques don't change, no matter how many interrupts do you 
hook.
