okay first thing is this... all of the documents are really confusing, so i'm
wondering if someone can point me in the direction of a summery of gcc 
options...  (including options that can be run from the command line that are
actually used for programs like the linker)  And secondly is this, is there a
way in rhide, to make an executable of your program with out actually making an
object file.  Because i've noticed that you can tell gcc to compile a small
program into executable form only and rhide actually makes the object file and
then the executable file.  if i can figure out how to make rhide just do the
exe only then i don't have to have extra files sitting on my hard disk.
