Get the recently-released version 2.11 of the FAQ (v2/faq211b.zip) and 
read section 3.6 there.  As far as I know, it lists everything you should 
know to set up RSXNTDJ.

RSXNTDJ supports Windows 9X, Windows NT and even Windows 3.X with Win32s 
add-on.  The name was chosen by its author, so you will have to ask him.
