Use the same set of command-line options, but when you want to omit the 
debugging symbols, add -s.  Since in GCC, debugging and optimizations 
don't conflict with each other, you don't need any other changes in the 
compilation options.

However, since you are compiling from within RHIDE, I'm curious why are 
you asking about the ``command-line parameters''?
