I am unfamiliar with the keyboard routines in Allegro ( I only use the sound
and timer routines ). However, I have myself written a few keyboard, and I
know thta Allegro should have a method for installing a keyboard handler
that doesn't work like normal, but instead sets flags on when key is pressed
is pressed and off when it isn't ( this won't allow you to tell how many
times a key has been pressed, but it can tell you whether or not a key is
being pressed without a delay ).
