Is there a general C programmer's mailing list, like this one, that I can
direct my C related questions to?  I use Borland Turbo C/C++ more often
than DJGPP and I need another list for that compiler since going on about
Borland is off-topic (Borland has newsgroups, but that isn't what I'm
looking for).  Thanx.
