To search efficiently, use the `i' command inside Info.  It asks for a
string and then looks up that string in the indices.  If the first
place it shows is not what you want, press `,' (comma) repeatedly
until you find it.

In this case, "i regparm" failed, but "i attribite" succeded on the
second hit.
