Genuine GNUbies will save themselves a lot of trouble by looking in
the DJGPP FAQ list whenever they have problems they cannot figure
out.  This particular issue is described in section 5.1 there.  (The
FAQ is available as v2/faq210b.zip from the same place you get DJGPP.)
