Well in djgpp 2.01 (gcc 2.81 release) the c++ lib is called libstdcxx.a,
unless you unzip djgpp with a unzipper that supports long file names it won't
work. also modify the line in \djgpp\djgpp.env that has 'LFN=n' to read
'LFN=y'
