    If you want to just look at the icons without using some external program,
just right-click any shortcut on the desktop, Properties->Program->Change
Icon->Browse then select the icon file you wish to look at, and it will display
all of the icons contained in that file.  Important:  Make sure you choose
'Cancel' afterwards or the shortcut you clicked on will have the new icon you
choosed. (not neccesarily a bad thing).
