First iostream is not a function bat a global Object.
As soon as you included <iostream.h> it will be declared an ready for use.
(Like
cout << "Hello world!";
)

Normally it should be declared in djgpp/lang/cxx
If you cand find it in gpp281b.zip
Pick it from http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html
(c++)
