You uncompressed the files with long file names (WinZip?) and RHIDE is 
looking for libstdcx.a in your system, but as you have SET LFN=N (No long 
file names) it looks like libstd~1.a when you call ls or just the first 
column of dir.
To make it work under RHIDE the easiest way is just rename it to libstdcx.a
(Is located in the lib dir ;-)
