I don't understand why did you need this.  The DJGPP port of makeinfo
doesn't create *.info-NN files when it runs without LFN support (like
on plain DOS).  This is all automatic, no changes should be needed.

The Makefile in the Calc distribution doesn't mention any *.info-NN
names except in targets which aren't critical (one is clean:, the
other is for the case where the Info files are created by Emacs, for
those who don't have makeinfo.exe).
