    I used to see tvisions.zip (source) and tvisionb.zip (binary-DJGPP)
in DJGPP v2tk. However, they don't exist anymore. Actually you can
get tvision source from
"ftp://ftp.borland.com/pub/borlandcpp/devsupport/archive/turbovision/tv.zip"
.
Unfortunately, some files in this source are assembly. You need to change
them. Maybe there are patches for these to be used in DJGPP somewhere I
couldn't find.
