When processing a particular troff file, groff reports following warning:
/usr/share/groff/tmac/tmac.an:326: can't find macro file `man.local'

But when processed by less, the output of groff seems to be correct.
I've tested this troff file on a UNIX machine with troff and everything
went ok (ie no warning messages at all).

Is the file `man.local' really missing in the djgpp groff distribution ?
Or is it something else ?
