Hi,

I've been using Allegro to build a GUI for simple utility I'm working on. I did
a debug test to try and catch a particular error... it crashed the computer...
and now the mouse is SLLLOOW in the program. It moves once every second and
just seems to jump from place to place. Everything else seems normal.

I'm not using any mouse code for anything. install_mouse() is the _only_ mouse
routine I use. I have a list box, menu, edit box, and label. Everything was
fine before, the mouse moved at a decent speed. I'm not using any optimizations
before or after (tried opts once and it did almost nothing in terms of the
mouse). I didn't do anything which should be related to the mouse. I'm not
using interrupts or any time-critical loops. I just tell it to load up and the
mouse becomes molasses.

I tried dumping the exe and the project files (rhide). Nothing. Still
nothing...

Do I need to rebuild allegro? Do I need to write my source all over again? Do
I need a new compiler? What the heck is going on here?

And why does allegro gui use putpixels for drawing focus rects? To the screen
even... painful.
