I'm not aware of *any* DPMI server, not even a commercial one, which
supports this.  CWSDPMI certainly doesn't (it *can* support 512MB, but
only 256MB of them can be physical).

You might try enquiring about 386Max DPMI server (a commercial
product), maybe it can support more than 256MB.  I just don't know.
