I certainly hope so. It's the only thing that's been putting me off RHIDE.
If there is a good reason why RHIDE doesn't set it's source directory to the
directory where your source is saved, I would like to hear it. It is
realllllly annoying!

Libc is linked automatically. You have to link any other libraries you use,
such as Allegro or GRX.

Since you are a beginner in programming, perhaps you should start with
something a little less complex. OK, a LOT less complex. To do something
like Diablo you need several years of programming experience. I suggest
doing something like Asteroids or a simple platform game first, to ease you
in to it. When I first started programming, I started programming a game
(can't remember what it was) but then abandoned it as I found it too
difficult to do.
